Meet Our OT Director: Autumn Ohara



Our program is led by Autumn Ohara, a highly skilled OT with extensive training in multiple therapeutic modalities. Autumn brings a whole-person approach to care, blending traditional OT methods with innovative strategies that address the interdependent systems of the body, brain, nervous system, and sensory integration.


Under her leadership, we’ve expanded our team with additional staff to meet the growing need for both traditional OT and advanced specialty programs.



The SPIN Program: A 6-Week Intensive Unlike Any Other



We are proud to offer the SPIN Program (Somatic Program for Integrative NeuroBalancing), a one-of-a-kind, 6-week intensive designed for children who need more than standard OT. SPIN focuses on:


  • Primitive reflex integration to support brain development

  • Auditory integration therapy for focus and regulation

  • Coordination and sensory processing to improve confidence and performance

  • Whole-child balancing, helping body and brain work together



This program was developed to provide a stronger alternative to other brain balance programs — with care directed and overseen by licensed Occupational Therapists, not just coaches.



Specialty Focus: Military, Veterans & Their Families



As part of our mission, we’ve built a dedicated OT track for military families and veterans in Northern Virginia. This program addresses the unique challenges of PTSD, TBI, and reintegration stressors with a functional and supportive approach.


And here’s the best part: We accept Tricare for covered services.
